In order to utilise the 'included printing' with the online workwear shop, it is necessary to set out what needs to be printed, where on the garment and on which ordered items.

There are a series of personalisation forms that can be used to specify this down to the individual print area on each item ordered.

PRINT AREAS SELECTOR

Variable information such as names or job titles can also be entered on an online form.
[If this seems daunting or too time consuming, then there is the option to send electronic files such as images, spreadsheets, documents or even photos of sketches or scribblings.]

If any of the 3 included print areas are not required then please select the None radio button in the Print type.
When entering information in the forms for text, please note that the data will be reproduced exactly as entered and in the font and colour detailed in the form. Choose from one of the sample fonts, ask us to suggest a font or enter the font you require. Not all fonts are free to use.
For colours of text, please use the garment colour charts to give a more accurate match to your requirement. e.g. green is not specific enough unless your logo is green & we can match it. If you have specific pantone or RGB references then please enter them.
Images should be in high resolution .PNG or .JPG but 300dpi .PDF can be used.

When selecting embroidery please note that the Printing Amendments shop item must be selected and the correct number of additional charges must be added to the cart for the number of Included and Additional print areas to be embroidered instead of printed. Also, if this is the first time that a design has been embroidered by SnP, then the appropriate number of Digitising Charges must be added to the cart.

The clearer the instructions and information, the quicker the orders can be processed. We will always provide a proof or mockup for approval for any job if there is the slightest doubt of what is required. Use the Comments box on the Personalisation Form to request this.
In order to avoid delays, checkout and enter TBA for any print information, and supply this later.

To process your artwork requirements as quickly as possible;

Have you order confirmation email to hand as this has your order number and list of items
Have any electronic files ready on your device so that they can be uploaded
Take photos of sketches, lists, drawings etc. and upload these where appropriate or
email them to snpadmin@snpmail.co.uk with your order reference.
