Please complete the form below to detail the items required that require printing.  So, for each of the three included print areas, it is possible to choose No Print, Text or Image.  The form needs to be completed for each item on the order, so it would be useful to have your order form to hand. This is because the item number is a unique combination of garment, size and colour and avoids the need to continuously re-enter this information.









INCLUDED PRINT
The product details should have specified the quantity & type of print areas included in the price. The larger garments usually allow 1 large and 2 small prints but if you select large print areas 3 & 7 then that is equivalent.
