ADDITIONAL PRINT FORM
Please complete the form below to detail any extra items that require printing.  So, for each addition print areas, it is possible to choose No Print, Text or Image.  The form needs to be completed for each item on the order that requires more than the included print areas, so it would be useful to have your order form to hand. This is because the item number is a unique combination of garment, size and colour and avoids the need to continuously re-enter this information.









ADDITIONAL PRINT
The product details should have specified the quantity & type of print areas included in the price. The larger garments usually allow 1 large and 2 small prints but if you select large print areas 3 & 7 then that is equivalent.
If additional print areas are required beyond that detailed for the item, this can be added by completing the form below and adding the appropriate Additional Print Charges to the checkout
